Learning the planche is really fun and exciting. It makes you super strong, especially in your arms, shoulders, and core. You feel like a superhero when you can hold your body up in the air without your feet touching the ground. It also shows how much hard work and practice you’ve done.

Whether you want to learn the straddle planche or go all the way to a full planche, you need to build a strong base first. That starts with learning your first tuck planche. This training is made to help you take clear steps forward. You’ll know exactly what to do, and feel your progress as you go.

This program is for anyone who wants to get strong and learn the planche from the beginning. It’s made for beginners and helps you build the right muscles step by step. You’ll train in a safe and smart way, even if you’ve never tried planche before. Over time, you’ll get closer to doing a straddle or full planche. With this program, you’ll feel stronger and proud of how far you’ve come.
As this is beginner-friendly, the only requirements you need are to be able to do 10-15 pushups, a 30-second plank, and a handstand against the wall.
My goal is to help you achieve your planche goals in the most efficient way possible. That’s why I use videos as a teaching tool, to ensure that you fully understand the exercises and techniques that I am demonstrating. My instructional videos are designed to offer you a clear and easy understanding of the exercises, making it easier for you to apply these techniques in your workouts. With my guidance, you’ll be able to avoid common exercise mistakes that can be detrimental to your progress, allowing you to achieve better results in a shorter amount of time. Additionally, I have also provided a PDF guide accompanying each routine to make it even easier for you to follow along.
