Daniel Hristov is a four-time world champion in calisthenics. He started training Calisthenics when he was 18 years old. Before that, he had a head injury that made things very hard for him. But he worked hard, didn’t give up, and kept practicing. Now he is one of the best in the world and has won many competitions like SWUB, WSWCF, Beast of the Barz, and more. He shows that if you stay strong and believe in yourself, you can do amazing things.
