But he worked hard, didn’t give up, and kept practicing. Now he is one of the best in the world and has won many competitions like SWUB, WSWCF, Beast of the Barz, and more. He shows that if you stay strong and believe in yourself, you can do amazing things.

You follow the plan on an app, and you can talk to him anytime if you have questions. Every week, you send videos of your training, and Daniel gives you tips to help you get better.
